As part of our commitment to quality and ongoing improvement, we carried out a CAS Customer Survey towards the end of 2007. The objective of the survey was to gain an understanding of the perception customer's hold of CAS.

Phone and face to face interviews covered customer's views on our capabilities, service, innovation and quality. We were delighted with the positive response and with the results as shown below:

We are very grateful to all those who took part for their time, comments and suggestions and as a token of our gratitude we offered each person a donation to a charity of their choice.

We were delighted to be able to donate over £500 to the following charities:

Alzheimer's Scotland , Breast Cancer, Cancer Care, Cancer Research, Carolyn Horne Memorial Fund, Clic Sargeant, Crohn's Foundation, Diabetes UK, Friends of the Halbert Centre, Oxfam, RNLI, Save the Children, Scottish National War Memorial, Shelter and Wateraid.
