CAS Support Contracts, available for both CAS developed and 3rd party developed systems, provide expert technical support to clients who benefit from assured access to the skills and resources needed.
As well as supporting software products, CAS support hardware systems, networking and the whole IT infrastructure. In this way, CAS can provide full IT support for organisations which have no IT department to manage their IT installation.
CAS operates an ITIL compliant Support Model and CAS Service Level Management is provided in accordance with ITIL best practice requirements.
