March 2010

SAS framework for Case Management solutions

As a key member of the Mouchel Consortium, CAS will supply Case Management solutions through the Software Application Solutions (SAS) framework agreement for Buying Solutions, the national procurement partner for UK public services.

Mouchel Consortium will deliver a range of services through the SAS framework agreement and CAS has been selected as Mouchel's sole Case Management partner. For full details on the framework please click here.

The SAS framework agreement went live on the 17th December 2009.

June 2009

NATO exercise Loyal Arrow

CAS won a significant contract with the Swedish Procurement Agency (FMV) to provide Electronic Warfare training systems as part of NATO exercise Loyal Arrow 09 which took place in Sweden. Following extremely tight implementation timescales, the CAS developed Command and Control system went operational on the 8th June 2009. It worked flawlessly 24/7 throughout the NATO exercise. Scottish Public Services Ombudsman - Upgrade to Workpro

The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) has upgraded its core complaints handling system to Workpro. CAS has had a long association with the SPSO who have been using the CHAS - Complaints Handling Administration System, since its offices first opened.

Older People's Commissioner for Wales

The newly formed Older People's Commissioner for Wales (OPCW) has selected Workpro as their core business system.

Historic Scotland - Casework Planning system

Historic Scotland has selected the Workpro Case Management system from CAS in order to drive forward its programme of modernisation, including the support for e-planning and e-consultation. The CAS solution supports staff throughout the organisation in a variety of roles including planning, consultation and FOI casework.

September 2008

5 year GNAT contract for Defence Estates

CAS has been awarded a 5 year contract by Defence Estates (DE), an organisation of the Ministry of Defence, for the support and development of the GNAT Gunfire Noise Analysis Tool. This contract will cover work in the UK as well as in Germany and Canada.

Housing Ombudsman Service

On 1st July 2008, the Housing Ombudsman Service, based in London successfully went 'live' with Workpro as its core business system. As ever, CAS was able to deliver the project on time and within budget. Martin Colwell, Head of Finance and IT comments. "CAS provided us with what we wanted in language that was easy to understand and showed much flexibility and understanding of our needs. We at IHOL would wholly recommend CAS and its Workpro product."

Electronic rota management system for the Scottish Government

CAS along with our Scottish partner, Sword Real Time, has been awarded a contract for the development and support of a Children's Panel electronic rota management system for the Scottish Government.

SCRA pilot

Scottish Children's Reports Administration (SCRA) awarded CAS a contract to pilot new technology and software in the Hearings rooms to assist panel members in recording the outcome of hearings.
