CAS has many years experience in application development and support for public sector organisations. A rota management system for Children's Hearings and the case management system (Workpro) used by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman are just two examples of applications developed by CAS.

We are also experienced in the supply of our Workpro Case Management system under the OGC Buying Solutions - Software Application Solutions (SAS) Framework (CRM and Case Management) in conjunction with one of our business partners, the Mouchel Consortium. This framework can be used throughout the UK public sector.

Applications Development

CAS developers are skilled in a wide variety of technologies, including for example Microsoft SharePoint, ASP.NET and SQL Server. Using the PRINCE2 methodology, we are experienced in all project phases including detailed design, implementation (often Agile), installation, training and ongoing support.

Applications Support

CAS supports a wide range of technologies and can provide both onsite support and offsite managed services as required. Our support service is ITIL compliant and support packages are tailored to the business needs of each customer.

CAS is frequently called upon to identify and carry out improvements to legacy systems. This can vary from a straight forward upgrade to significant improvements to future proof a system, thereby reducing future support requirements and costs.

Our customer approach has led to long term relationships with many organisations. The RAF for example has been a customer for almost 30 years.
