CAS Employee Ownership Event Edinburgh

Event date: 03 September 2015
Scottish Enterprise are hosting a free event at which Computer Application Services (CAS) will discuss our recent journey to employee ownership.
Founded in 1969, CAS was one of Scotland's first software companies. In 2014, an employee buy-out of CAS was led by CEO Ken Naismith, who knew that the future success of the business would be determined by an engaged workforce.
CAS operates in the military, public, financial and health sectors. Our main product, Workpro case management software, is used to manage complex casework and investigations, to challenge service shortfalls and increase profitability. Complaints handling and HR casework management are two key application areas for Workpro.
Attend this event to meet us, and hear from Ken and others in the CAS team how employee ownership has been a catalyst for innovation and growth.
This is the second event in a series of visits run by Scottish Enterprise featuring Scottish businesses that chose employee ownership to solve their succession issue.
The event is to be held at the Novotel Edinburgh Park, 10:00 to 12:30. Admission is free and it is open to all businesses in Scotland.
